How to Download Your Resources

Follow the steps below to access your files after purchase. Most customers are up and running in under two minutes.

Method 1 — Via your email

Check your email inbox

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email from AceUpStudy with the subject line "Your Resource is Ready 🎉". This arrives within 1–2 minutes.

⚠️ Can't find it? Check your Junk or Spam folder — it sometimes lands there. Mark us as safe so you don't miss future emails.

Click "Access Content"

Open the email and click the large blue "Access Content" button. This takes you directly to your personal download page — no login needed.

Your product page opens

You'll land on your order page showing the product name and description. Scroll down past the description to find your downloadable files.

Scroll down and click Download

Scroll to the Files section at the bottom of the page. You'll see your attachments listed as cards — click the Download button on each file you want.

📎 You may have multiple files (e.g. a PDF and an Anki .apkg file). Download each one separately by clicking their individual Download buttons.

Allow downloads when prompted

Your browser may show a pop-up asking "Do you want to allow downloads on aceupstudy.co.uk?" — click Allow. This is a standard browser security check and is completely safe.

🔒 This prompt only appears once. After clicking Allow, future downloads from our site will start automatically.

Find and save your files

Your files will appear in your browser's Downloads panel. Click the download icon (⬇) in your toolbar to view them, then open or save them to your device.

🎉 All done! Save your files somewhere easy to find. On mobile, check your Files or Downloads app. Good luck with your studies!

Method 2 — Can't find the email? Access via your account

If you can't find the download email even after checking spam, you can access your resources directly through your AceUpStudy account.

Open your order confirmation page

Find the confirmation email sent right after purchase and click "View your order". This takes you to your order summary on our site.

Click "Profile" to sign in

Once on your order page, click Profile in the left-hand menu. You'll be asked to enter your email address to create or log in to your account — use the same email you purchased with.

💡 You may need to sign up if this is your first time — just enter your email and follow the steps. It only takes a moment.

Click "Access Your Resources"

Once signed in, you'll see an "Access Your Resources" button. Click it to go straight to your personal library.

Find your product in Your Library

Your purchased products will appear in Your Library. Click View next to the product you want, then scroll down to the Files section and download your files as normal.
