How to download your resources.
Your files are ready straight after checkout. Most students are revising in under 2 minutes.

Check your inbox
Within 1–2 minutes you'll get an email from AceUpStudy titled "Your Resource is Ready 🎉".
⚠️ Not there? Check Junk or Spam, and mark us as safe. -

Click "Access Content"
Tap the blue Access Content button. It takes you straight to your download page, with no login needed.

Click Download
Your files are listed right there. Click Download on each one.
📎 Some products include more than one file, like a PDF and an Anki file. Download each one separately. -

Allow downloads
If your browser asks "Allow downloads on aceupstudy.co.uk?", click Allow. It's a normal safety check and only appears once.

Open and save your files
Find them in your browser's Downloads (the ⬇ icon). On a phone, check the Files or Downloads app. That's it, happy revising! 🎉
Can't find the download email, even in spam? You can get your files through your account instead.

Open your order confirmation
In your order confirmation email, click View your order.

Sign in via "Profile"
Click Profile in the menu and enter the same email you bought with. If it's your first time, you'll just need a quick sign-up.

Click "Access Your Resources"
Once signed in, click Access Your Resources to open your library.

Download from Your Library
Click View next to your product. You'll go straight to your files. Click Download on each one.
Quick fixes
📭 No email after 10 minutes?
Check Spam, Junk and Promotions. Still nothing? Use the Via your account method above.
✏️ Typed the wrong email?
Message us with your order number and the correct email, and we'll resend your files.
📱 File won't open on my phone?
PDFs open in the Files app or Google Drive. If it still won't open, try downloading on a laptop.
🗂️ Bought flashcards?
You'll get an Anki file (.apkg) to open in the Anki app, plus a Quizlet invite to join our class with the flashcards ready to go. Can't see the invite? Check your spam or message us. More help in our FAQs.
